I’m Carine Varaez, and after 25+ years working with people,through stress, burnout, pain, and everything in between, I’ve learned one thing:
Most bodies aren’t “broken”… they’re overloaded.
That’s why nothing here is routine or rushed.
Every treatment is adapted to you whether you need deep release, lymphatic support, or simply space to switch off and breathe again. No tick-box massages. No one-size-fits-all.

I first found Carine just over a year ago whilst looking for a qualified lymphatic drainage therapist following surgery, and I am so glad I did. During my recovery, Carine was gentle, understanding, incredibly knowledgeable and an absolute blessing in disguise.
I haven’t looked back since.
Thirteen months on, I still visit Carine at least once a month and have benefited from a variety of treatments, including lymphatic drainage, full body massages, facials, lash lifts and the most incredible Japanese-style Hair & Head Spa treatments.
I genuinely look forward to every single appointment and always leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and as though a weight has been lifted from my shoulders.

Amazing experience! Carine is an absolute lovely person and a gem of a therapist. I love getting massages and having tried many places before, I can definitely say this was by far my best experience. If you are looking for a pregnancy massage, I would highly recommend you try R3balance as you can sleep on your tummy (even in your last trimester) 😃 on special bed attachments to accommodate the bump comfortably! Game changer!! ❤️
