On Saturday 17th October, I'm stepping away from the treatment room for a few hours to host something a little different. Come along for
an Evening of Wellbeing at the Mulberry Café in Cropredy.
Come and see what we do and also meet the other therapist working from R3balance. You will be goimg home with your own home made scent roller to use as and when you need, as well as being able to chat about all we offer. No questions barred.
Our other event coming up is all about fun and good times. We have our Halloween plant Bingo again. It was so popular the 1st time around we had to bring it back as promised.

I had my first massage here last week and can highly recommend Carine for a calming escape to rest and relaxation in a tranquil and peaceful haven..
Amazing relaxing experience! Carine is incredible at what she does, very much recommended!
Amazing experience! Carine is an absolute lovely person and a gem of a therapist. I love getting massages and having tried many places before, I can definitely say this was by far my best experience. If you are looking for a pregnancy massage, I would highly recommend you try R3balance as you can sleep on your tummy (even in your last trimester) 😃 on special bed attachments to accommodate the bump comfortably! Game changer!! ❤️
